Hello! I'm Nicole Neer.

I started working as a virtual support pro because I needed a business that also allowed me to manage my health issues. Living with Fibromyalgia and Bipolar disorder have taught me the power of running a streamlined business that gives you the freedom to have a business that works around your life. 

I’ve been supporting online businesses for seven years. I’ve done everything from managing operations for seven-figure entrepreneurs, supporting with content creation + strategy, producing podcasts, and building online courses, and MUCH more. I also have a master’s degree in organizational leadership and am a certified online business manager.

My passion is helping entrepreneurs to nail their strategy, streamline their systems, and manage their businesses without the stress. 

I created Bloom Administrative Services to support people who are serving others in a powerful way.

Every small business owner deserves to have team of people who support them so they can do the work that brings them joy (and has an impact on their clients). With a background in education, Ramsey loves to teach business owners how to make the moving parts of their business as seamless as possible to help them stay in their zone of genius and create balance in their business.
